Prior to servicing a client for the first time:

•  An assessment of their facility is completed to determine which program will best meet their needs.

   

• We offer daily, weekly, and monthly servicing programs as well as a purge service (one-time service calls).

• All of our servicing programs include providing locking bins and/or locking office consoles that are on loan at no cost to the client.

Servicing an established account:

• A bonded, uniformed Planet Shred operator will arrive at the client’s place of business or residence in our       state-of-the-art mobile document destruction vehicle.

•  The operator transports the container(s) to the vehicle.

• The container is placed onto a lift system and is securely lifted and emptied into the shredding system.

• While the material is being destroyed the client (or a designated employee) can witness the entire process via a video monitoring system.

• During the entire process the confidential material is never handled by the operator.

§       A Certificate of Destruction is provided upon completion. The Certificate of Destruction indicates the location, time in/time out, number of consoles/containers serviced, and is signed by both the Planet Shred operator and a designated employee of the firm.
